Since today decided to be a bit cooler than the past few days, I decided to jog a little in the woods behind my home. It was nice I mean I ended walking most of the time but at least I tried. Went barefoot, to feel the ground beneath my feet, it was nice. I just need more practice dodging the fallen branches and acorns.
What kinds of things do you do to exercise and or relax?
i am more of a walker myself.

Deleteheh, certainly more relaxing than my HIIT running - sprint for 50metres, jog for 50 metres and repeat for 15 minutes

DeleteI usually do a bunch of pushups, it really pumps you up and relaxes more than youd expect.

DeleteI love just sit relaxed and listen to some trip hop, or read a book, or go for a smoke
