Jogging

Since today decided to be a bit cooler than the past few days, I decided to jog a little in the woods behind my home. It was nice I mean I ended walking most of the time but at least I tried. Went barefoot, to feel the ground beneath my feet, it was nice. I just need more practice dodging the fallen branches and acorns.
What kinds of things do you do to exercise and or relax?

  2. heh, certainly more relaxing than my HIIT running - sprint for 50metres, jog for 50 metres and repeat for 15 minutes

  6. I usually do a bunch of pushups, it really pumps you up and relaxes more than youd expect.

  8. I love just sit relaxed and listen to some trip hop, or read a book, or go for a smoke
